SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The annual sum payable by the Council shall be one shilling (1s.) payable on demand.

3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 7th day of March 1958.

4. The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for State housing purposes. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post Office at Hamilton, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing, and send the writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Kaitaia (Awanui) Aerodrome

In the matter of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935 and in the matter of the Kaitaia (Awanui) Aerodrome in the North Auckland Land District.

THE Minister of Works, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935, hereby gives notice that, for the purpose of making the Kaitaia (Awanui) Aerodrome safe for aviation purposes, he prohibits the erection, placing, or extension, without the consent of the Minister in Charge of Civil Aviation of any building, pole, mast, or other structure of any kind on the land described in the Schedule hereto beyond the height of 5 ft above the level of the ground, and also limits the height to which trees may be grown on the said land without the consent of the Minister in Charge of Civil Aviation to 5 ft above the level of the ground.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 14 acres and 19·5 perches, situated in Block II, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 55, Awanui Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156331 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
