PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that portion of the Belmont Domain described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the 25th day of June 1958, be set apart as a site for a public hall, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hutt, in trust, as a site for a public hall.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Omarama Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
