Temporary Stipendiary Magistrate Appointed
Pursuant to section 10 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
appoint
Alfred Coleman, Esquire,
of Feilding, to be a Stipendiary Magistrate to exercise civil and
criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand; to hold and exercise
the duties of such office for the period from the 30th
day of June 1958 to the 25th day of July 1958, both days
inclusive.

Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Picton
Appointed
Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister
of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the
