PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 32·48 perches, situated in the Borough of Carterton, Wellington R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 15999, being part Section 205, Taratahi Plains Block, formerly all A.S.P. Volume 663, folio 19, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes subject to a condition as to building line imposed by Order in Council No. X 80, Otago Land Registry, to rights of batter created by memorandum of transfer No. 158187, Otago Land Registry, and to drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 207669, Otago Land Registry, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 4 acres and 34·54 perches, situated in Ocean Beach Survey District, and being Lot 1, D.P. 9091, and being also part Sections 15, 16, and 17. All certificate of title, Volume 304, folio 196, and part certificate of title, Volume 224, folio 18, both Otago Land Registry.
