Crown Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Block XVII,
Jollie Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence
purposes.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining 244 acres 3 roods 8 perches, situated in Block XVII,
Jollie Survey District, and being Rural Section 33804. All
certificate of title, Volume 99, folio 56, Canterbury Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of June 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for accommodation
for immigrants; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 30th day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land
District containing 2 roods 33·5 perches, situated in the
Borough of Matamata, being Lots 35, 36, 37, and 38, D.P.
S. 1238, being part Section 65, Matamata Settlement. Formerly
part certificate of title, Volume 807, folio 131, Auckland Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 30th day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Hawke’s Bay Land Dis-
trict containing 3 roods 1·13 perches, situated in the Borough
of Waipukurau, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lots 35, 36, 37,
and 38, D.P. 9336, part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant
District. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 59, folio 27.

containing 1 rood 21·1 perches, situated in the City of Napier,
Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 9548, part
