A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 20·7 perches, situated in Block XI, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 37515, being part O.L.C. 78; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156323 (S.O. 40791) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of June 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 31·21 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 4, D.P. 7159, being part Section 8, Evans Bay District. All certificate of title, Volume 324, folio 264, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Stratford, by James William Mouat, of Stratford, builder, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 18001, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Stratford, Taranaki R.D., and being Section 849, Town of Stratford. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 194, Taranaki Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 0·27 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being part Lot 2, D.P. 9301, being part Section 1, Evans Bay District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156338 (S.O. 23984) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 acres 8·7 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 139, Suburbs of Greerton; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156353 (S.O. 38816) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
