PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Westhaven, Waitemata Harbour, the land cross-hatched on plan marked M.D. 10404 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

The Inglewood Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1958

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
LICENCE
- This order may be cited as the Inglewood Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1958.
- Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Inglewood Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the licensee) is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the First Schedule hereto.
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
- The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
- This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of March 1979.
- The Orders in Council specified in the Second Schedule hereto authorising the licensee to erect and use electric lines, are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
(1) Lines for the distribution and supply of electrical energy within the Borough of Inglewood as at present constituted.
(2) Electric lines leading from the boundary of the Borough of Inglewood as follows:
(a) To three houses, a cottage and various outbuildings all situated in Section 179:
(b) To a house and outbuildings situated in Sections 99 and 100.
All being situated in Block IV, Egmont Survey District, in the County of Inglewood, the said lines being more particularly delineated by means of green lines on the plan marked S.H.D. 481, deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.
