Declaring Land Held for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 16th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 5·9 perches, situated in Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 12900, being part Subdivision 9, Koangaaumu Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156219 (S.O. 24062) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Declaring Land Taken Together with an Easement for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto which was taken, together with an easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, together with such easement, as from the 16th day of June 1958.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the entirety of the land described in the Schedule hereto for road: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post Office at Huntly, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
