Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 31st day of July 1956, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 20th day of January 1955, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 23rd day of April 1956, subject, as to Lots 3, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 21, D.P. 43527, to the building-line restriction contained in K. 54131, Auckland Land Registry, and as to Lots 11 and 13, D.P. 43527, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 575037, Auckland Land Registry.
