Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land Subject as to Part to Certain Rights
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 16th day of June 1958, subject as to Lots 21 and 22, D.P. 40961, to the building-line restriction contained in K. 41282, Auckland Land Registry, and to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 575483, Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 6th day of May 1958.
