A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 11·1 perches, situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 370, being part Allotment 20, Waipareira Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146626 (S.O. 38999) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 5·8 perches, situated in Block XI, Cheviot Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Section 5; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156175 (S.O. 9263) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become County road.

THAT portion of road in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, adjoining Sections 6, 9, and 11, Block IX, and Sections 13 and 14, Block VII, Lillburn Survey District; commencing at its junction with the Lillburn Valley Road at the south-western corner of Section 14 aforesaid and proceeding thence northerly and north-westerly generally for a distance of approximately 35 chains, crossing the Lill Burn and the Bryce Burn and ending at the easternmost corner of Section 6 aforesaid; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156167 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Otahuhu Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 156149 referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 15 ft. from the side line of the said street.
