A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a special school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 25·4 perches, situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercargill, being Lot 3, D.P. 3391, and being also part Section 1. All certificate of title, Volume 149, folio 169, Southland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 4 acres 3 roods 37·7 perches, situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 2592, being part Rural Section 1192; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156173 (S.O. 9312) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 5 acres and 8 perches, being part Section 3, Block X, Otanake Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156129 (S.O. 39082) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 16 perches, being part Section 3, Block X, Otanake Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156129 (S.O. 39082) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Charles John Gilder, of Richmond Farm, farmer, under and by virtue of a lease numbered 10238 and recorded as H.B. Volume 119, folio 256 of the Register Book of the Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 37 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 152, D.P. 9320, part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 119, folio 256.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland Harbour Bridge and shall vest in the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 9·9 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitamata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D.; and being Lots 2, 3, and 11, L.T.
