Crown Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Block XIV, Wakamarina Survey District, and Block II, Onamalutu Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Marlborough Land District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

Situated in the Wakamarina Survey District:

A. R. P.
Being
3 2 10 Section 26, Block XIV, bordered red on plan P.W.D. 152244. (S.O. 806.)

Situated in the Onamalutu Survey District:

A. R. P.
Being
0 3 30 Section 8, Block II, bordered red on plan P.W.D. 156110. (S.O. 1256.)

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and bordered as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Gisborne Land District, situated in Block III, Tokata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 1 35ยท3 Part Lot 2, D.P. 9305, A.K. part Tunapahore North 1b; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 13 Part Tunapahore North 1b; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119105 (S.O. 4283) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 acres 1 rood 10ยท6 perches, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District, being Lots 1 to 11 (inclusive), D.P. 19043, being part Rural Section 2068. Part certificate of title, Volume 306, folio 149, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1958.
