PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mosgiel, and be under the control and management of the Mosgiel Borough Council.

ALL that portion of road in the Otago Land District, Tuapeka County, commencing at the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 6516, being part Section 1, and proceeding generally north-easterly for a distance of approximately 196 chains along the boundary of Section 52, and through and along the boundary of Section 56, terminating on the eastern boundary of the aforesaid Section 56, Block VI, Benger S.D. (S.O. 12368); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156036 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Clifford Square in the Borough of Featherston, Subject to a Condition as to Building Line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 26th day of May 1958
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Featherston Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed street within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District situated in the Borough of Featherston, Wellington R.D., containing by admeasurement 1 rood 1.51 perches, being parts Sections 254, 255, 256, 257, and 258, Town of Featherston; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156139 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
