At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 26th day of May 1958
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XVI, Alexandra Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R.-P. Being
0 1 15·1 Part Allotment 79, Pirongia Parish.
0 0 17·6 Part Allotment 78, Pirongia Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149612 (S.O. 37188) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

Consenting to Land Being Taken for Sewerage Works Purposes in Blocks IV and VIII, Waitemata Survey District

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for sewerage works purposes.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 95 acres, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 32A, Paremoremo Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156133 (S.O. 40635) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Adding Land to the Egmont National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 5th day of May 1958
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, shall as from the date hereof be added to and form part of the Egmont National Park, and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Egmont National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the first-mentioned Act.

Adding Land to the Urewera National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 5th day of May 1958
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a scenic reserve subject to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of the Urewera National Park, and such land shall hereafter be subject to the provisions of the first-mentioned Act.

Varying a Notice Authorising Officers to Attest Signatures of Maoris to Instruments under the Chattels Transfer Act 1924
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 464 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary the respective notices published in the Gazette on the 19th day of October 1950, at page 1871, and on the 18th day of February 1954, at page 258, authorising certain officers in the service of the Crown to attest the signatures of Maoris in instruments under the Chattels Transfer Act 1924, by deleting therefrom the respective names of Frank Emlyn Morris Everett, Building Supervisor, Whangarei. Ronald Graham, Housing Officer, Gisborne.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 22nd day of May 1958.

PURSUANT to section 222 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary the notice published in the Gazette on the 18th day of February 1954, at page 258, authorising certain officers in the service of the Crown to attest the signatures of Maoris to instruments of alienation of Maori Land, by deleting therefrom the name of Ronald Graham.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 22nd day of May 1958.

Defining Limits of the Wellington Harbour Pilotage District
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Wellington Harbour Pilotage District within which pilots may act for the purposes of the said Act to be all the waters comprised within the Harbour of Wellington having as their outward seaward limit the arc of a circle running from the landward boundary of the foreshore at Fitzroy Bay and thence into Cook Strait and thence to the landward boundary of the foreshore at Island Bay, such arc being an arc of a circle of three nautical miles radius and having its centre at a point on the Outer Rock in the Harbour of Wellington, such point being 27222·7 links S. and 24374 links E. of Mount Cook Trig. in the City of Wellington, and such arc being as shown by the line coloured blue on the plan marked M.D. 10372 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 19th day of May 1958.
