A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 1 rood 0·09 perches, situated in the Borough of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 7962, part Suburban Section 9, Class 2, Town of Clyde. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 136, folio 172.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in memorandum of transfer No. 359158, Wellington Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 37·96 perches, situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 34, D.P. 5465, being part Manawakowara No. 3 Putiki Maori Reserve. All certificate of title, Volume 592, folio 290, Wellington Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 37 perches, situated in Block XV, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 14085, being part Section 31, Turakina District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156102 (S.O. 23956) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Bluff as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 2 roods 3 perches, situated in Block I, Campbelltown Hundred, Borough of Bluff, Southland R.D., being part Section 13; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156152 (S.O. 6427) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Lois Lillias Williams, of Invercargill, widow, under and by virtue of renewable lease of urban land recorded in register book, Volume 133, folio 164, Southland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District, containing 36·6 perches, being all the land in lease No. 9721A, being Section 46 (formerly east part of Lot 4, D.P. 696, part Section 23), Block I, Invercargill Hundred. Part certificate of title, Volume 133, folio 164, Southland Land Registry.
