A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 10·7 perches, situated in Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 1235; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156103 (S.O. 9319) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Dorothy Rebecca McGirr, of Raetihi, widow, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity, Volume 6A, folio 65, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a metal pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.
