A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (co-axial cable station site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 7·3 perches, situated in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part 5A No. 1 North No. 2 Pukehou Block and part closed road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156104 (S.O. 24047) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block VII, Kairanga Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
