the western boundary of Patetere North-east Survey District
at its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station 816
(Whakaaratamaiti) in Block VII, Patetere North Survey
District and the south-western corner of Section 4, Block IX,
Rotorua Survey District; thence proceeding south-easterly
along the said right line and its production to a right line
between Trig. Station 27 (Puwhenua) at the easternmost
corner of Block VII, Tapapa Survey District, and Trig. Station
807 (Uraura) in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District; thence
south-westerly along the last-mentioned right line to the
southern boundary of Horohoro West Survey District;
thence westerly along that boundary to Trig. Station 818
(Pukerimu); thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig.
Station 825 (Kokako) in Block XV, Patetere North Survey
District; thence along a right line to the intersection of the
western boundary of Patetere North-east Survey District with
the middle of the Waihou Stream; thence northerly along the
western boundary of Patetere North-east Survey District to
the point of commencement.
Te Rahui Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig.
Station 825 (Kokako) in Block XV, Patetere North Survey
District and proceeding south-easterly along a right line to
Trig. Station 818 (Pukerimu) at the southern boundary of
Horohoro West Survey District; thence easterly along that
boundary to its intersection with a right line between Trig.
Station 27 (Puwhenua) at the easternmost corner of Block
VII, Tapapa Survey District and Trig. Station 807 (Uraura)
in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District; thence south-westerly
along the last-mentioned right line to Trig. Station 807 afore-
said and a right line in the direction of the mouth of the
Waihora Stream in Lake Taupo, to its intersection with a
right line between Trig. Station F (Ngautuku) in Block VI,
Te Atiamuri Survey District and the confluence of the Wai-
kato and Waipapa Rivers in Block XVI, Wharepapa Survey
District; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig.
Station 823 (Puketutu) in Block XV, Patetere South Survey
District and a right line to Trig. Station 715 (Motukakapo)
in Block X, Patetere South Survey District; thence northerly
along a right line through Trig. Station L in Block XIV,
Patetere North Survey District to its intersection with a right
line between Trig. Station 901 in Block IX, Patetere North
Survey District, and Trig. Station 825 (Kokako in Block XV,
Patetere North Survey District); thence easterly along the
last-mentioned right line to Trig. Station 825 aforesaid, the
point of commencement.
Waotu Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in
the middle of the Waikato River at its intersection with the
North Survey District, and Trig. Station 825 (Kokako
in Block XV, Patetere North Survey District and Trig. Station
901 in Block IX, Patetere North Survey District; thence proceed-
ing easterly to and along the said right line to its intersection
with the production of a right line between Trig. Station 715
(Motukakapo) in Block X, Patetere South Survey District,
and Trig. Station L in Block XIV, Patetere North Survey
District; thence southerly to and along the last-mentioned
right line to Trig. Station 715 aforesaid; thence south-easterly
along a right line to Trig. Station 823 (Puketutu) in Block
XV, Patetere South Survey District and a right line to the
intersection of a right line between Trig. Station 807 (Uraura)
in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District and the mouth of the
Waihora Stream in Lake Taupo and a right line between
Trig. Station F (Ngautuku) in Block VI, to Atiamuri Survey
District and the confluence of the Waikato and Waipapa
Rivers; thence westerly along the last-mentioned right line to
the confluence of the Waikato and Waipapa Rivers; thence
down the middle of the Waikato River to the point of com-
mencement.

Declaration That Part of the Mount Albert Domain Shall be
a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation
Over the Said Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Mount Albert
Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be
subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation
reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes
the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the
Dannevirke County Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a
mechanics' institute to a reserve for a site for a war memorial,
and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Council-
lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke, in trust,
for the purpose of a site for a war memorial.
