PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Stratford and be under the control and management of the Stratford Borough Council.

ALL that access way in the Taranaki Land District containing 11·36 perches, situated in the Borough of Stratford, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 23, D.P. 6842, being part Sections 36 and 38, Block I, Ngaere Survey District. PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Kyeburn Rabbit District Order 1958.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The boundaries of the Kyeburn Rabbit District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 14th day of November 1951,* are hereby altered and redefined; and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE KYEBURN RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District and the Counties of Maniototo and Waitaki and including Naseby Borough containing approximately 140,700 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Run 219c in Naseby Survey District; thence generally easterly along the northern boundaries of Runs 219c, 575, and 591, and along the watershed through Run 574 to Mount Kyeburn; thence generally north-easterly, south-easterly, and southerly along the north-western, north-eastern, and eastern boundaries of Run 576 to Dansey Pass; thence generally southerly and south-easterly along the eastern boundaries of Runs 206B, 206D, 206E, and 203C to Kakanui Peak; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Run 203c to the Palmerston-Clyde Main Highway; thence north-westerly and south-westerly along that highway to the northernmost corner of Section 28, Block IV, Swinburn Survey District; thence south-westerly along the Kyeburn-Middlemarch Main Highway to the northern boundary of Section 22, Block VII, Swinburn Survey District; thence due westerly to the centre of the Kyeburn River; thence south-westerly down the centre of the main stream of the Kyeburn River to its confluence with the Taieri River; thence generally westerly up the centre of the Taieri River to a point due south of the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block XI, Maniatoto Survey District; thence generally northerly to and along the eastern boundary of Section 4 aforesaid, and the road on the eastern boundaries of Sections 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 29, 26, and 23, Town of Komako (Waipiata), and northerly along the Waipiata-Naseby road to the Palmerston-Clyde Main Highway; thence westerly along that highway to and north-westerly along the road on the south-western boundaries of Sections 13, 12, 26, 29, 43, 35, 45, 23, and 8, Block II, Maniatoto Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along the Ranfurly-Naseby road to the northernmost corner of Section 23, Block VI, Naseby Survey District; thence across the road to and northerly along the western boundaries of Sections 7 and 8, westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 9 and 17, and north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that Section 17, Block VI, Naseby Survey District, to the Wedderburn -Naseby Plantation road; thence south-westerly along that road to the south-eastern corner of Run 306; thence generally north-easterly along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Run 306 and the eastern boundary of Run 306A to the point of commencement.
