Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block VIII, Opihi Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 11 perches, situated in Block VIII, Opihi Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 10620; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156002 (S.O. 9316) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of May 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Madeleine Mary Smith, of Marton, married woman, and George Charles Albert Edwin Herbert, of Marton, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 658, folio 30, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a microwave radio repeater station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3 roods 27·9 perches, situated in Block VIII, Whangaehu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 136, Paraekaretu Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155987 (S.O. 24022) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 1 rood 37·9 perches, situated in Block V, Hawera Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 557, Patea District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155986 (S.O. 8860) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
