PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Public Trustee under and by virtue of Pastoral Licence No. 531, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Waitaki River Power Scheme).

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block XV, Pukaki West Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 38 16 perches, situated in the Borough of Greytown, being Lot 7, D.P. 17801, and being part Section 4, Small Farm Settlement of Greytown. Part certificate of title, Volume 336, folio 87, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
