Land Taken, Subject to a Memorandum of Lease, for the Proper Development and Use of the Said Land and in Particular to Provide Access into the Community Centre Block Adjoining Thereto in the Borough of New Lynn

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to memorandum of lease No. 19059, Auckland Land Registry, for the proper development and use of the said land and in particular to provide access into the community centre block adjoining thereto and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of New Lynn as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 2·8 perches, situated in Block III, Titi-rangi Survey District, Borough of New Lynn, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 257, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156067 (S.O. 39793) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of May 1958.
