A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of road in the Westland Land District containing 1 rood 3 perches, situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District, Westland R.D., and adjoining Rural Sections 1239 and 1330 and Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155922 (S.O. 4802) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of May 1958.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Inangahua County containing 415 acres, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, and described generally as follows: Commencing at the south-western corner of Section 246, Square 131, thence generally north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Section 246, the abutment of a public road, the southern boundary of part Section 214, Square 131, the abutment of a public road, the western and southern boundaries of public roads, the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Section 21, Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, and the southern side of a public road to the north-western corner of Section 10, Block XIV aforesaid; thence generally south-westerly along the western and south-western boundaries of the said Section 10 and the north-western boundary of Section 10 (in red), water conservation reserve, to the northern boundary of provisional State forest (Gazette 1920, page 2111); thence generally westerly along that boundary and the northern boundary of a public road to the south-easternmost corner of Section 6, Block XIV aforesaid; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the said Section 6, and the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XIV aforesaid, to the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 113/42 deposited in the Head Office, New Zealand Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
