Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed, in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 22·1 perches, situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 353, Waiwera Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155959 (S.O. 40649) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 24·6 perches, situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Allotment 353, part Lot 101, and Lots 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, and 128 of Allotment 279, and part Lot 1 of Allotment 238, Waiwera Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155959 (S.O. 40649) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ROAD CLOSED
ALL that piece of road in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 33·8 perches, situated in Block V, Tarawera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Tihi-o-Tonga B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155957 (S.O. 38732) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
