Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
Reserve 1951, situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District, Westland County: Area, 712 acres, more or less. Shown bordered red on plan No. 125/84 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. Plan 4656.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of May 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Hurunui-Waikato Railway.

Approximate area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 roods 2·8 perches.
Being part Reserve 953.
Situated in Block XIII, Ashburton Survey District, Ashburton County. (S.O. 8983.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14131 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of May 1958.

This order may be cited as the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District Order 1948, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District Order 1948* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

The principal order may hereinafter be cited as the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District Order 1948.

The principal order is hereby amended by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this order.
