A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1958.
SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block III, Whakatane Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 18 Parts Allotment 246B, Section 3A, Waimana Parish;
0 0 2·3 coloured sepia on plan.
0 3 8·8 Part Allotment 246B, Section 3B, Waimana Parish;
0 1 15·6 Part Allotment 246B, Section 2, Waimana Parish;
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155955 (S.O. 38144) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of May 1958.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Walter Ernest McGillivray, of Waimana, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 909, folio 184, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 36·9 perches, situated in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 439, Waimana Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155757 (S.O. 38710) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 25 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, Auckland R.D., and being land below mean high-water mark (Tamaki River); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155958 (S.O. 40003) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
