Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing 36·9 perches situated in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 439, Waimana Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155757 (S.O. 38710) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of May 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood, situated in the City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 289, Town of Hamilton West. All certificate of title, Volume 556, folio 250, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Leo George Trebilco, of Te Kauwhata, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. S. 41058, recorded in register book, Volume 1112, folio 122, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 20·5 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lot 3, D.P.S. 1672, part Allotments 349 and 350, Town of Hamilton East. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 1112, folio 122, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, Hawkesbury Survey District, described as follows:
