Varying a Proclamation Declaring Crown Land to be Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary a Proclamation dated the 31st day of August 1955 and published in Gazette of the 15th day of September 1955, Volume I, page 1421 (as amended by a Proclamation dated the 27th day of July 1956 and published in Gazette of the 2nd day of August 1956, Volume II, page 1025), by excluding therefrom the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary a Proclamation dated the 20th day of June 1957, and published in Gazette of the 27th day of June 1957, No. 47, page 1213, by excluding therefrom the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
