Excluding therefrom all public roads and tracks, Section 2, Block I, Sections 166 and 169, Block II, Section 1, Block V, Section 72, Block VI, Sections 5 and 6, Block II (permanent State forest, Gazette, 1947, page 1430), and Sections 1 and 40, Block X (permanent State forest, Gazette, 1951, page 911), all the aforesaid sections being in Waitahu Survey District, and Section 15, Block VIII, Mawheraiti Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 120/68 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Amending Orders in Council Authorising the Golden Bay Electric Power Board to Use Water for the Purpose of Generating Electricity and to Erect and Use Electric Lines
COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 5th day of May 1958 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 25th day of June 1928 and published in the Gazette on the 28th day of the same month at page 2115, authorising the Golden Bay Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”) to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use electric lines, by omitting clause 11 of the Schedule thereto and the Order in Council dated the 28th day of October 1936 and published in the Gazette on the 29th day of the same month at page 1942, authorising the licensee to erect and use electric lines, by omitting clause 2 of the First Schedule thereto and substituting in each case the following clause:
“SYSTEMS OF SUPPLY “The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 21–01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.”

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Puke and be under the control and management of the Te Puke Borough Council.
SCHEDULE ALL that access way in the South Auckland Land District containing 5·7 perches, situated in the Borough of Te Puke, being Lot 27, D.P. S. 291, being part Section 51, Block II, Maketu Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 940, folio 156, Auckland Land Registry.
