A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 6 acres 2 roods 38·4 perches, situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 14876, and part Lot 5, D.P. 15886, being part Rural Sections 1052 and 1139; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155887 (S.O. 9292) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 acres 2 roods 26·6 perches, situated in Block XII, Russell Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Otetao B No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155124 (S.O. 39711) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
