Additional Land Taken for Police Purposes (Residence) in
the City of Christchurch
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes
(residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining 6·1 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch,
Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 19219, part
Rural Section 135; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 155889 (S.O. 9302) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of April 1958.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 12th day of May 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District
containing 19·4 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch,
Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 8134, being part
Rural Section 84; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 155888 (S.O. 9318) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

16 perches, situated in the Town of Reefton, Nelson R.D.,

Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No.
15177, Auckland Land Registry, defining the middle line of a
transmission line and subject as to part Lot 6, D.P. 13368,
to the water easement contained in memorandum of transfer
No. 591973, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing pur-
poses; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.
