A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3 roods 7·2 perches, situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, Kawakawa Town District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 38702. Balance certificate of title, Volume 19, folio 140, and part certificate of title, Volume 23, folio 24, Auckland Land Registry.
