PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block I, Whangape Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Adjoining or passing through
5 1 35·8 Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 34411, being parts Sections 31, 32, and 33, Block I, Whangape Survey District and Crown land; coloured green on plan.
1 2 8·4 Section 34, Block I, Whangape Survey District and Lot 4, D.P. 34411, being part Section 33, Block I, Whangape Survey District; coloured green, edged green, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155797 (S.O. 40551) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject as to Lot 33, D.P. 19395, to the drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 197935, Wellington Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1958.
