ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 3 acres 2 roods 4 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waiwhero Survey District, Westland R.D., being part Reserve 1593 (Provisional State Forest); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155530 (S.O. 4796) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
