Present:

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a recreation ground for the residents of Pawarenga.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Rimu Street in the City of Lower Hutt Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 17th day of April 1958

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land fronting the said street as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 155780 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Lower Hutt, containing by admeasurement 39·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 12 on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as No. 20170, being a subdivision of Lots 35 and 36, D.P. 1680, being part Section 43, Hutt District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155780 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Kaitaia, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 11 perches, being Lot 1 and parts Lots 2 and 5, D.P. 22836, and part Lot 1, D.P. 40589, being part Old Land Claim 7.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155808 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
