Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Hanmer

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the land set apart: 30 perches.
Being section 16, Block X, Hanmer Township, situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District, Amuri County.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of April 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1·1 perches.
Being part Town Section 314.
Situated in the Borough of Lyttelton. (S.O. 9255.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 15207 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of April 1958.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Tawa Flat to the Purposes of a Street

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street and that the said street shall be under the control of the Tawa Flat Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 3·83 perches.
Being part railway land, being part Section 44, Porirua District.
Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, Borough of Tawa Flat. (S.O. 20826.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6760 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street; and that the said street shall be under the control of the Kaiapoi Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Railway land being part R.S. 321, situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi. (S.O. 9296.)
