Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of an Automatic Telephone Exchange in the Borough of Havelock North

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 1 acre and 36·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Town Section 81, Havelock, and formerly part Suburban Section 54. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 133, folio 16.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1958.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land district containing 38·4 perches, situated in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, Borough of Mount Maunganui, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 4918, being part Omanu 2B 3 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 882, folio 235, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 14th day of February 1958 and published in Gazette, 20 February 1958, No. 13, page 195, taking land subject as to part to a building-line restriction for teachers’ residences in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice K. 31279, Auckland Land Registry, for teachers’ residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1958.
