Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Whakatane County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a reserve for a quarry, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane, in trust, for the purpose of a quarry.

Change of the Purpose of Reserves and Vesting in the Mount Wellington Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for esplanade purposes to reserves for recreation purposes, and further, vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Wellington, in trust, for the purposes of recreation.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hokitika Borough Council, and Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Hokitika Borough Council and changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for municipal purposes to a reserve for a kindergarten site.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Glen Eden Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds of any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Reserves Account, to be used and applied in or towards the purchase or development of other land for recreation purposes.
