Revocation of Appointment of the Redvale-Okura Public Hall
Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Redvale-
Okura Public Hall Board as published in Gazette, 24 February
1955, Vol. I, page 281, and revokes the reservation as a reserve
for a site for a public hall over the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve
for a site for a kindergarten.

to be members of the Albury Domain Board, Canterbury Land
District, in place of Baden Alfred Hornbrook, resigned,
Edmond Geraldus O’Connor, deceased, and Robert William
Sullivan, resigned, and further increases the total number of
members of the said Domain Board from six to nine and
appoints.

Two members of the Mackenzie County Council represent-
ing the Albury Riding to be appointed in that behalf by
the County Council, ex officio,
as the additional members of the Board.
