A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 0·3 perches, situated in Block VII, Tengawai Survey District, being Lot 4, D.P. 19714, being part Rural Section 22444. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 325, folio 187, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of April 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for a main highway depot described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND HELD FOR A MAIN HIGHWAY DEPOT
ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block II, Mangawhero Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

3 2 30 } Being parts Pukewhakapu 2B 3B 2; coloured
0 3 18·4} orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154978 (S.O. 23776) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of October 1946, and published in Gazette, 31 October 1946, Volume III, page 1659, taking land for road in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 1·4 Part Lot 1, D.P. 16452, being part Allotment 7 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland.
0 0 0·5 Part Lot 2, D.P. 16452, being part Allotment 7 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland.
0 0 0·9 Part Lot 4, D.P. 16452, being part Allotment 7 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122160 (S.O. 32645) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Waipara County, containing 912 acres 3 roods, more or less, and being Reserves 4932 and 4933 (formerly parts Rural Sections 35152 and 35151), situated in Blocks II and III, Teviotdale Survey District. Shown on plan No. 136/22 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 9145.)
