Land Taken for the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway in Block I, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and Previous Proclamation Revoked as to Part

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of December 1957 and published in Gazette, 19 December 1957, Vol. III, page 2347, taking land for the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway in Blocks I, III, and XII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, in so far as it affects the land fourthly described therein and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 16 perches, situated in Block I, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, Otago R.D., and being Crown Grant road adjacent to Sections 39 and 1 of 41 Block I as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154896 (S.O. 12330) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 29th day of June 1949, to be road.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the Taranaki Land District, situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 rood 39·3 perches, situated in Block IV, Lower Hawea Survey District, Otago R.D., being parts Sections 1, 27, and 31; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154704 (S.O. 12283) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
