A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 13, D.P. 24310, to Proclamation No. 15177, Auckland Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line and to the water easement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 592128, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of April 1958.
