Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher’s Residence in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of April 1958.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 1 rood 0·1 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lot 23, D.P. S. 3892, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 1262, folio 53, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of April 1958.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a mental hospital; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of April 1958.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Westland Land District containing 29 acres 3 roods 10 perches, situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District, Westland R.D., and being Reserve 2028 (formerly Reserve 32 and part Reserves 65 and 454); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155731 (S.O. 4800) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of April 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction created by W. 9246, Taranaki Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of April 1958.
