A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 15·3 Lot 1, D.P. 37137. All certificate of title, Volume 1043, folio 88, Auckland Land Registry.
4 3 39·5 Part Lot 6, D.P. 1267. All certificate of title, Volume 223, folio 56, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 32 perches, situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, being part Section 50, Porirua District, being Lot 205, D.P. 9360. All certificate of title, Volume 545, folio 268, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a metal pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block VI, Hautapu Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
10 1 12 Part 4c 5 Awarua Block; coloured blue on plan.
16 2 25 Part 4c 4 Awarua Block; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155495 (S.O. 23900) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing approximately 102 acres, situated in the Evans Bay District, Wellington R.D., being a portion of the bed of the Harbour of Port Nicholson which was vested in the Wellington Harbour Board by the "Wellington Harbour Board Reclamation and Empowering Act 1908," and portions of the land comprised in the Fourth and Seventh Schedules to the said Act. Part certificate of title, Volume 192, folio 260, Wellington Land Registry, and shown edged red on the plan marked M.D. 9453 deposited in the office of the Minister of Marine; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138694 (S.O. 22831) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to an easement of full drainage rights in favour of Her Majesty the Queen over part coloured blue being a strip of land 10 links wide on S.O. Plan 4185, appurtenant to Lot 1; D.P. 2325, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District, containing 37·81 perches, being Section 81, Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 54, folio 286, Marlborough Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 29·9 perches, situated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 1991, being part Allotment 293, Te Puna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151301 (S.O. 37550) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1958.
