Public Reserve Set Apart for a Public School in Block VIII,
Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 rood 36·1 perches, situated in Block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, being Lot 13, D.P. 5614; being also part Section 4A, Duncan Settlement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Hamilton, containing 29·55 perches, being Lot 279, D.P. S. 4261, and being part Allotment 52, Parish of Te Rapa. Part certificate of title, Volume 774, folio 139, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 52013, Wellington Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of April 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 39 acres 2 roods 14·55 perches, situated in Block X, Kairanga Survey District, City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being part Rural Section 368, Township of Palmerston North. All certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 282, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1958.
