Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of an Automatic Telephone Exchange in the Borough of Havelock North

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Riach Inglis, of Havelock North, orchardist, as executor of the estate of Jessie Donnelly, under and by virtue of a lease in perpetuity numbered 451 and recorded as H.B. Volume 133, folio 16 of the Register Book of the Hawke’s Bay Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 1 acre and 36·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Town Section 81, Havelock, and formerly part Suburban Section 54. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 133, folio 16.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with and subject to the right of way described in the said First Schedule, is hereby taken for housing purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street extension, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.
