Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block I, Southbridge Survey District (Southbridge Town District)


COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 rood 6·2 perches, situated in Block I, Southbridge Survey District, Southbridge Town District, being part Rural Sections 3344 and 4041; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155661 (S.O. 9285) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1·82 perches, situated in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Oromahoe A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155066 (S.O. 40373) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 32 perches, situated in the Borough of Paeroa, being Lot 59, D.P. 8263, being part Hararahi No. 2 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 1105, folio 284, Auckland Land Registry.
