COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 12 perches, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 5077, being part Allotment 209, Parish of Pukete. Part certificate of title, Volume 561, folio 145 (limited as to parcels), Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of March 1958.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of July 1956, and published in Gazette 12 July 1956, Vol. II, page 915, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 15068, defining the middle line of the Northcote-Albany Motorway in Blocks III, IV, VIII, and XII, Waitemata Survey District, in so far as it affects part Allotment 27, Parish of Paremoremo, being all certificate of title, Volume 562, folio 283, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 7th day of December 1939, to be road.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 17·8 perches, situated in Block VII, Hokianga Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Kokohuia B No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155660 (M.L. 13247) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Amending Declaration of Land, Rotorua Acclimatisation District, as a Wildlife Refuge


COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Warrant published in Gazette, 11 February 1932, page 282, notifying and declaring a certain area in the Rotorua Acclimatisation District to be a sanctuary under the Animals Protection and Game Act 1921–22 and hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.


SCHEDULE

PART LAKE ROTORUA

ALL that area of approximately 340 acres situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point (Motutara) on the generally southern shores of Lake Rotorua, and running easterly along a right line to a point on the south-eastern shores of the said lake, being the northernmost corner of Owahiuira No. 2A Block; thence south-westerly, westerly, and then northerly along the shores of Lake Rotorua aforesaid to the point of commencement.

As the same is shown on plan marked I.A. 52/292 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 27th day of March 1958.
