Additional Land Taken for Defence Purposes in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being
45 0 20 Land below Mean High Water Mark (Auckland Harbour); coloured yellow on plan.
10 0 31 Land below Mean High Water Mark (Auckland Harbour); coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155690 (S.O. 40439) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre and 30·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Ashburton, and being Lots 1 to 6 (inclusive), D.P. 19501, being part Rural Section 4883. Part certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 221, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 57567, Gisborne Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 1 rood 21·4 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 4243, Gisborne Suburban. Part certificate of title, Volume 76, folio 212.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 36 perches, situated in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 43972. All certificate of title, Volume 1378, folio 72, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 10 acres and 7·9 perches, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 1024, and being part Allotments 454 and 455, Te Papa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155651 (S.O. 38932) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 20 acres 1 rood 26 perches, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. S. 3178, being part Allotments 454 and 455, Te Papa Parish. Residue certificate of title, Volume 1201, folio 285, Auckland Land Registry.
